Once we agree to embark on this journey together, we will create a vision of your future self. Based on the key aspects of your desired coaching outcomes, we will co-develop a tailored plan of action. As your coach, I will offer encouragement, provide feedback, and facilitate your progress every step of the way. Don’t be surprised if, between sessions, you receive reading assignments that challenge your understanding in areas of interest. At times, you may feel uncomfortable, fulfilled, and—most importantly—more self-aware.
